You will get to try flavoursome dishes from the specially-curated ‘La Caraille’ menu featuring Mauritian favourites like Salmi, Rougaille and Vindaye paired with homemade farata cooked right in front of your eyes. You will also get to savour the smoked marlin carpaccio served with coconut heart salad tossed with passion fruit dressing and smoked paprika crouton.
