To further elevate your dining experience, you can even opt for the sommelier’s selection to treat yourself to world-class wines carefully selected by an inhouse sommelier from the Château’s wine cellar.

- Tartar of prawns topped in a marinated cucumber & citron confit
- Duo of poultry, chicken truffle terrine with apricot gingered chutney & marinated duck breast slice on a purée of pear
- Cappuccino of lobster with seaweed foam
- Crispy scampi rolled in kadaif with sepia risotto, creamy saffron sauce & glazed broccolis
- Crusted beef fillet & seared foie gras with onion confit & sautéed mushroom, sweet potato purée, port wine sauce & fine vegetables
- Strawberry champagne mousse cake with white chocolate dome, raspberry, strawberry gel, meringue crumble & florals
