Dishes proposed during this pop up consist of a selection of the finest Australian produce ranging from Australian Pacific oysters, cold cuts board, lamb ribs and rack, a selection of Waygu and Angus beef, kangaroo loin coupled with a variety of seafood!

Chef Chris Wade has worked alongside celebrities such as Marco Pierre White, Curtis Stone and Gordon Ramsay, to become an international Ambassador for the Australian food and wine industry. He has gone on to reach almost cult status on the Australian dining scene for his focus on ethically-sourced, sustainable produce and locally-farmed beef.
