nice place.. evrytime i go there, they is always a lovers table mostly by students, which misbehaves.. else, the food is good, tried the veggie meal, pfff, extra pa bon there :s

Last week end my husvand offered me a lunch where the chicken was overcooked in the rounder! No lettuce and a coleslaw without dressing! A Large chips without salt and which seemed to ve there for days! They were dry and not fresh at all

Had to wait a few minutes for the chips to be ready. Also the chicken wings were over cooked and dry as if it was heated again.

Worst place to ever eat. Unhealthy and disgusting. Had the worst experience with food out there!!!

I was at KFC on Monday and I had to wait for a very long time to get just a couple of box meal and drinks. I had go ask the young lady when my meals would be coming because it was past 15 minutes. Normally staff at KFC would ask you to take a seat and then they would bring it when its ready or call you when its ready.

We were 3 persons to have dinner in KFC Quatres Bornes. Among aour orders were 2 chicken meals and 3 large pieces.. We were suprised that the chicken were very very oily as never saw before... and the taste were very poor..... we did not even have the taste of the " secret spices". What happened? We notice that event the price have increased but increased is one thing and to get value for money paid is another... Hope the management will have a look about it .. PS.. Please tell the workers at the KFC that they work in a food and beverage store so no need for them to shout loudly as if they are in the market or jungle.. Thank

manque de sourrire et de dynamisme. la nourriture se deteriore peu a peu( poulet,pain etc..) les prix est consequent. et le brazzer proposer,je ne veut meme pas l'essayer a cause du prix et du mauvais feedback que j'ai recu. pour conclure kfc n'est plus le restaurant qu'on connaisait il y a longtemps.

Yesterday 09 May 2013, i have been in Quatre Bornes Kfc by 8.15pm. after the purchase of food, we told the cashier that we will be upstairs since they owe us 1 box of windinger. once we went upside, a very rude cleaner cum staff told us ' C close' , neither the cashier did not told us its close upstairs not it has been mentionned on KFC door that upstairs is close. On the door it is clearly mentionned that it is open till 21.30 pm. the staff namely Dorothee has been very rude saying it and has switch off the light and the tv. before moving she has also off the airconditionner.this is a very unprofessional service from a staff.so we had to see the person in charge and they said ok it is not right to off the light and airconditionner etc when there is still client in the premises.after a few discussion with Mr Dacub the incharge officer, he was quite angry too not showing any interest in us as a customer, he just kept saying that action has been taken is this a way of treating a customer? no apologize either? The cleaner was wasting her time on her mobile instead of showing good customer skills!Kfc needs to review its staff behaviour and show more customer value instead using mobile and rude languages a service with a smile would be much appreciated ...Thanks

I purchased an amount of Rs360, only 1 ketchup sachet & 1 chilli sachet was given, when I asked for more condiments, the cashier told me that I should pay for the extra condiments, and she told me that such decision was taken by the management. Do you think it is appropriate to make the client pay for extra condiments?

I bought Burger,nuggets,Fiver,FingerChips From Quatrebornes KFC on 16th sept 2014.burger was not at all good since the burger patties were very salty and i have to throw all the 3 burgers ,the Fiver pieces were not at all cooked properly and on top of that fingerchips were tasting as if it is fried in an very old oil . previously when i ordered chicken popcorn , they just cust some crispy strips and put in a box and give it back to me.the overall service is disastrous.

I visited KFC Quatre-Bornes on 14.09.2016. The cashier was more interested in looking outside and no greetings or smile from her. She demonstrates poor customer relations skills. She also carries on personal conversations with other staff members while clients and customers wait. She served the food and waited for at least 5 minutes for the drink as the cashier went to the back of the restaurant. The time she came back, the food was cold and when asking her to change it, she looked at me in a very unsocial manner. The time we received the food, no tomato ketchup or napkins were provided. We had to go back downstairs and we were given only one, which was ion the till and the cashier just went back to continue her conversation with her fellow colleagues. I really feel that KFC management needs to provide CRM and Customer Service Skills Training Programs for the employees.

Kfc shoprite mauritius-Incompetent cashiers/managers with terrible service. Spend some money to train your staffs.

aujourd'hui suis aller au KFC de quatre borne.. à me que ce terrible, le repat n'est pas fraichement preparer et puis ils etaient rempli d'huile..je me pose de question comment le gens peuvre manger cela???

KFC quatres bornes. The worst service ever. If it was once its ok but not 4/5 times. Please do something.

For a group like kfc I expected a lot better in terms of the time delay. It was Chaotic in regards to the time they take to actually serve the customers. I saw orders pilling, staff discussing their personal matters. KFC has invested in a good erp system , however the client still lack visibility on the time left till the order will be ready. The food quality were good.
