The taste of the food bought was excellent. Highly recommended for the taste.

Every time i visit Curepipe, i do not miss the occasion to go there to eat the delicious crispy Calamari and Chinese Spicy soup. For the main course i always take the specialty of the restaurant' Mine Hong Kong', soo good and unique in this area. Its my favourite restaurant in Curepipe!:)

Great food! Calamar croustillant is a must! The steamed fish was so fresh and tasty. And the fried noodle is to die for.???

It was a take out order. Disappointed with the grilled shrimps butter garlic. It came out small shrimps n the overall food quantity was poor for the price. We went there for the quality of food even though the prices were high but it was not better. Called the restaurant to confirm for the shrimp order and portion and they were rude and did not care about customer experience.

The Peiking Duck was amazing! the pancakes were average but the duck was so crispy, it made everything heavenly.

It was very good. I had gone there for the second time. The food was tasty and the deep fried lamb was amazing. The drinks were not too expensive and we will be happy to hear about your personal dining experience.

Hi to everyone reading. I have been at this restaurant a few times just because the food is good. My latest visit was on 30.12.16. The restaurant's ambiance is just nice. The waiters are polite. However, you may get shocked at the receptionist's laxist way of work and her lack of courtesy, on welcoming clients at Hong Kong palace. Her rudeness in reply to clients' request is absolutely not acceptable. She can spoil your mood in no time even after you enjoyed your good food at the restaurant. She is simply VERY mannerless. This also applies to her lady assistant. The regrettable thing is that the restaurant's management has not intervened so far to replace unpleasant personalities who work at the restaurant, to tarnish its reputation. Now that i am uploading my "felt bad" comments, I hope some action is taken in that respect. See, better employ those who appreciate what they do rather than breeding the bad and ugly sheep!

Great place- exquisite service, authentic chinese/ mauritian cuisine. All food are freshly prepared. Great ambience, very attentive staff. Good for value, and quality. Definitely recommend.

The quality of food is good but the service is really bad.. I mean who forgets to cook foods for a delivery? ? Didnt appreciate that at all..

Have been on and off customer for years. The perfect place to take a break on a hectic day. Calm place with th sound of a stream, a cosy bar, decent food, and if your are a plant/garden enthusiast it's just the perfect place for lunch, for a date, for a minute of sheer peace. I loved the Fridays and Saturdays night when they had jazz too bad had to stop but it was fantastic. The ambiance, something you don't find anywhere else. Food needs a bit upgrading but th atmosphere it's just aces. Hats off!

Everything about this restaurant is great, from great service to authentic indian cuisine. Everytime I go there I am never disappointed. I truly loved every dish I tried. In my opinion its the best indian food on the island!

The dishes are just perfect ! The atmosphere very pleasant and the service is well above all the other restaurants in Grand Baie. But my girlfriend is vegetarian, and I have to admit that for an Indian Restaurant, the veggie choice and respect of vegan people is really deplorable. When you know that one of your customer is vegetarian and has never eat meat, you try your best not to cut the naans with the same knife which cuts the tandoori chicken. So, the restaurant is perfect and I like the food there. But if you are vegetarian, they don't respect your 'food limtations' there...

Wow excellent , Welcome , a staff guides you from the outside of the resto to the lift. Then when you reach at the resto's door a waiter welcomes you and give you choice where to sit. After that there is a waiter on stand by in the region where to eat to assist you when needed. You get the menu card and they help you to choose the food giving you advise. Food was very nicely cooked, the waiter advise you about the time taken for you to get the food. The vegetables were much more than expected that if more than enough for 2 people. we could not eat all and had to pack a few of them. Service is wonderful , the resto atmosphere is simply awesome with dim light and light music. i recommend this resto to all of you, it is MUST to go. Thanks to the staff.

I had chinese food in countless number of restaurants in our island but Happy Dragon offers the best chinese food u can possibly eat. You can feel that the dishes were prepared with care and attention. Awesome Starters to be recommended: Poulet Croustillant, Crevette croustillant, sesame poisson, calamar fondant, calamar saffran. The best dish in this restaurant is indeed the 'bol renverse special' and the taste is out of this world. The main dishes (Black bean fish, calamar/crevettes sautee, tofu with veggies) also are very tasty. The staff are also very warm and welcoming. High Quality food for reasonable prices. It will definitely be worth your money. Try it and see for yourself.

I have been to this restaurant several times very recently because it has a new chef and the food is really VALUE FOR MONEY. The dishes are excellent and price very affordable. Starters are very good especially the 'poulet croustillant'. I also had black bean prawns with plain rice accompanied by 'brede saute with teakon'. I once tried the 'lamb saute' & 'bol renverser special'. All menu are excellent. If someone is looking for excellent chinese food at very good price, go to this restaurant and we won't be disappointed. Just one negative aspect is that at times the service may be a bit slow but FOOD IS EXCELLENT

I have been in happy dragon many time because the food is super super good and tasty and affordable price.its start from the starter and finish with the main corse you would certainly say wow its too good.wish to be there soon.

There used to be restaurant named Fusion in Pereybere, infamous for its wonderful Barbecue. The food was wonderful, service as well, but the atmosphere was lacking... till this moment. It's less than week, restaurant reopened under different name (and it's really nice place to Chill) and owner. Very importantly, the barbecue retained it's awesomeness as the barbecue chef remained the same. Restaurant was improved such amazing way that now I can say it's a must visit for any barbecue lover.

The BBQ grill here is the best I've ever eaten on the island The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is amazing relaxed, the food is so tasty and the cocktails are deliciously potent! Seafood brochettes are the best!
