Only 3 table to cater for when i arrived and yet had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. Again insistence of employing mainly foreign staff who arent fluent in french or creole causes lots of ordering problem and perhaps communication problem with the kitchen as orders keeps coming in late. 55 mins for a wrap and pizza for one person is not acceptable at all. Especially when the pizza is under-cooked and doughy. Ordered extra chicken and pepper toppings got extra cheese and extra mushroom. So wither the order was wrongly taken or the communication with kitchen wrong or kitchen staff made mistake. This isnt the first time my order was messed up. And never was anything done. The sauces on the table are not worth it, they do not appear to be fresh. The food is good, but not up to the level. I suggest getting the items as it, do not make any swaps or additions or removals and do not order any special items as it seems to confuse them. It would seem the reason it is one of the place with space during the rush hour because people try to avoid it.

I usually don’t complain about service unless it is abominable. I experienced very bad service there today. Several lessons: The manager wasn’t listening to me. The manager made an excuse rather than an explanation. The manager was rude and expected me to remain silent. The manager did not teach the waiter to respond and manage tables during busy time. Given all the other good pizzas there are to eat, would I want to spend my hard-earned money at this kind of fast food restaurant again??? Never. Train your school boys (waiter) as well as your manager.

Was passing an order but the person just cut the phone in the middle of the conversation And had to call several time The latter does not even know where the delivery should take place She just keep on asking question about the location when it's nearby Before this I had taken food stuff from there and had no problem with that person

pizza was excellent, why don't have delivery in region Bel vedere or lallmatie. need to collect it at bon acceuil. please review the region delivery

On 30.01.2018 at pizza inn flacq I paid Rs 519 two veggi delights pizza.I was charged RS 120 for extra cheese. But the two pizza which was given to me did not have extra cheese. It was very deceiving.Bad service.my order number was no 279.

Votre service est dun lenteur pas possible. On a attendu plus d'une heur avant davoir notre pizza aujourdhui. Tout les autres personnes avaient leur commande sauf la nautre. Il faut revoir votre service client. Un responsable est venu nous parler en evocant le temps dattente qui plu et est de 15 mins mais pour nous sa nous a pris 1 heures. Quand on paye pour quelque chose on sattend a ce que le service soit irreprochable.

I order my food by the counter cashier I said clearly I will have the food in the restaurant in 30 min but I got it packed on my table i asked the waitress for some plates but she ignore hereby I took the food back to the counter asked them if I can get the food warmed up and served on a plate on the table in few min I received the food but almost cold never mind as my kids was hungry But the waitress sumitah beeharry slim hindu lady was very warm and recovered the bad start of her colleagues thank you sumitah for your service

A very bad service from the counter lady. She was more interested in her newly married friend than the customer. Pizza was cold and chewy. Definitely, not value for money. Poor customer service. Better go to other pizzerias.

i usually eat pizza at night there, and i thk they just heat the morning pizza and gives us. not once but many time i got same. i know the difference between a heated food and just cooked food.. bad experience.. since then i never ate there nor any pizza hut.. time to improve

the pizza's quality and taste vary from other pizza huts outlets. At times i think tht they give us stale pizzas coz they taste kinda salty n bland as though its been reheated. On one occasion they forgot to top my pizza with BBQ sauce wen i hd ordered BBQ chicken pizza, i mean how culd they forgot to put such an important topping. Another time wen i ordered for home delivery, they almost forgot my order. i placed the order at 18 pm and got it at 21.30 pm. I HAD TO CALL ATLEAST 10 TIMES.

Was hungry after a meeting in Ebene, so went here. My partner and I had the two mealer for 275Rs- i had the vegetarian pizza and he the Hawaiian. It took 15 minutes and we were a bit sad to find out they were very small pizza. They were ok, needed salt and chill, but not as good as pizza hut in other countries. Service was good.

I had a very bad experience for free delivery today Friday 25 May 2012. I made a call at 17.38 p.m on 2076789 ordering my pizza and a lady noted my phone no. At 18.40p.m I call the number again because no pizza has been delivered after more than 40 mins. Another lady answer the call and then inform me than the girl before has not noted my phone number properly and everything will be done in next 10-15mins. Finally I got my pizza at 19.20p.m nearly 2hrs later all my family has been punished because the person who had pick up my first call has not noted my phone no properly. Competition is tight nowadays between restaurant and a service like this is inacceptable

Today 20 Oct 2009. I placed an order through phone to pick up a vegetarian pizza which was on promotion. I insisted to the teleagent that the pizza should be veg and will be collected from Ebene at 6.00 pm. After taking delivery and driven home (40 km from Ebene) I realised that two of the pans of pizza were non veg. As we were fasting we couldnt eat the pizza. I called the teleagent who asked someone the restaurant to call me back. This was done 15 mins later and the reaction of the caller was that as am 40 km away, delivery of a veg pizza is not possible. But worse than that, he laughingly advised to eat the veg pizza and give the non veg ones to the dogs. And that the next day he will get a veg pizza delivered to me. This is the most unpleasant and disgusting remark I had from a sales person. I am not requesting a formal apology from Pizza hut and will surely think twice before I buy a pizza from them.

Worst pizza eatout around the island...Too many commercial ads and promos but the food real tasteless...When you placed your order and when you drive to the place, they can't even recalled of the order or you get someone else's order. They even refused us a delivery at 7.45pm on a Sunday with both of us sick placing a delivery order when we live hardly a 15 mins drive from the place but they have been real rude!!! Their pizza crust is either over cooked or under cooked, the topping scarce [you can count the ingredients in the topping as once observed by wiffy], the thin crust pizza layer is inedible unless you want to break some teeth with the cracker like crust, the food quality is goind down, down, real down... Think twice before stopping by the place

i ordered salad and pizza today at pizza hut quatre bornes for take away. i didn't go personally to take my order but send someone. i was surprised to see that i didn't get a single tissue paper with the command. on top no spoon or folk to eat my salad what is this? i had to eat with my hands ...... what sort of service you offer? no tissue paper no folk no chilli nothing on top ur staff is nil they don't know how to welcome clents when we asked for folk ur staff just replied " i told u we don't have u don't understand" its really shameful for such an organisation not to offer good service and i would also add that the quality and taste of the pizza was cheap... really a big shame !!!! this is sure that i'll never go to order at pizza hut again ... instead of enlarging ur businesses you must improve ur service and seek for well qualified staff ... i'm really upset and down

We (wife and 2 kids) went to the place on 18th February, 2012. We are vegetarians. Out of few veg options panner items were not there. Juices were very bad. Only 1 A/c was working. Very hot inside. only 2 staff very slow service. Pizza Not Good. Will not go back
