Enjoyed the food there. Was very nice, good and tasty. A great souvenir from there. Will definitely go again if ever I go back on vacation to Mauritius.

Awfull exp!!no hello n smile from cashier,zinger pas bien cuit...frites sans sel... La 1er fois zinger d huile ti p sorti... Kfc very bad surtout for curepioe...no value for money... Zinger ena k 2 fey lettue...pas m.ask moi avek fromage...pfff

Tasteless food and poor service. Main course served before all starters had been served.

All was great until my prawn dish arrived. The prawn was rotten & the staff failed to accept this, then accepted & failed to apologise & then charged for the dish on the bill. I am very disappointed.

Great atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking beauty of nature. Restaurant is in fact very far from the entrance, so we got misleaded. At the restaurant, the service was pathetic ! people coming after us got served well ahead of us. They apologized, but this doesn't cover up the lack of good service for me, as other clients were also complaining about this. The food was not quite up to the level. Very greasy starters to start with, main dish not up to the level again. But the desserts made my day ! To conclude, the staff need some very serious training.

Was at fish aways this evening with some friends. We ordered the sailor's combo and the fish pops! The cashier, Gemma, had a sulking face and was Taking our orders as if she did not want to work! Not even a smile or a welcoming attidude!! Don't you train you staffs in customer service ?? Adding to that, she told us that the fish pops are normally served before the main dish but here in Cascavelle they stopped doing that and the fish pops are served together with the main menu as they need to follow the rules set!! How is that rule even relevant?? Furthermore, she asked us if we want to have sweet chilli, mayonnaise or tartar sauce at the price of 10 roupies a small amount in the box! Do restaurants do that nowadays!!? Do we need to go to monoprix and buy our mayonnaise and chilli before ordering at fish aways. ?? Looks like your motto is : scare the customers or even never come eat at fish aways again! Oh the last best part , we were told that our meal will be ready in 10 mins! We ordered at 20:17 and its 20:43 , we are still waiting!!

Food is awesome, fresh and tasty. Restaurant very clean & always tidy. Staff welcoming and courteous. Meal price affordable. Great place to hang on with friends!

The food was really awesome and the staff were really nice and kind...i went there thrice for dinners and a lunch and i was never disappointed by neither the service or the food..recommended highly sneha

Actually I order a pizza for home delivery...i was told it would be delivered 18h45 but the delivery boy didnt show up at that time or even till 19h20...we were waiting for the pizza for dinner and it was a very bad and angry moment for my family..i will pass the word to others also that service is very bad..if you offer free delivery, atleast make sure to be able to satisfy the customer...i was told that the boy has to go to st jean then ebene and then ollier...i understand that they order first but its simple logic...if he did ollier first then st jean and then ebene, it would have been faster...the customer will only go and pick the pizza..no big waste of time..to resume i am very dissapointed with Panarottis and even friends told mw that debonairs is better...suggestion would be to take a grip of your service quality and move forward as I am seeing Panarottis is going in a downward path.. PS:I AM WRITING THIS WHILE WAITING ACTUALLY

Excellent mauritian food...roti ourite one of my fav n never seen anywhere else...nice atmosphere old style bar resto...would strongly recommend to anyone...most of the times busy n queues but we'll worth it

Each time we go to any Mc Donalds esp Riche Terre the person over the counter keeps adding on the menu extra mayonaise,extra cheese etc but when asked to remove it from the list, he or she simply tells "oh no don't worry it's included in the menu..."of course no means to confirm this when the menu price on screen is different...recently I asked for filet-o-fish menu and found myself being served a DOUBLE filet-o-fish with extra cheese which is unusual...when rechecking the receipt was written XTRA FISH PY and XTRA cheese which I didn't order...when finally summing up extras on receipt I ended up paying around 100 rupees EXTRA that I didn'the ask...and no means to verify....if it happened with me imagine how many helpless customers they "robbed"....of course no means to confirm this "..." as well.I hope someday they improve the service so that the customer clearly knows what he is paying on these EXTRAS

Even if the cardinal is in the 15th place in fine dining restaurants in mauritius I believe that it should be in the first place The price is affordable The quality is priceless I think that every one should go check it out

Nous avions commande un canard laqué entier pour 4 personnes (1150rs) servi avec des micro lanières de légumes (à peine suffisant pour un enfant de 2 ans) et une vingtaine de crêpes très élastiques et sans goût. Le surplus de légumes est payant ainsi que le riz nature. Le service est minimaliste, sans sourire. Bref, ce fut une grande déception gustative .

C'est très simple. Nous sommes a l hotel. La dame de pizzahut a refusé de nous livrer deux pizza sous pretexte que nous ne disposons pas d'un numéro local. Donc pizza hut ne livre pas les vacanciers.

Am very satisfied with the food. Service and atmosphere. Came with family and i truely feel we will definitely came again. Keep it on.

As a local..it was just the best mauritian meal!Eveything was tasty, spiced perfectly and melting.

wir waren vor einer woche essen hier eingeladen von unseren vermieter,aber ACHTUNG es gibt hier zwei verschiedene speisekarten PREIS für einheimische mauritius leute, und für touristen. touristen peise : bei vorspeisen (starter) um ca 20 % teurer hauptspeisen um ca (80% teurer auch bei getränke besonders bei wein 100% hier wirst du als tourist über den tisch gezogen ABZOCKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am here since 1hr30mins and the starter never came!!!! Heard its coming after dinner!!!!! UPDATE: The meal finally came and the food was not good at all, it will surely make this valentine memorable in a negative way!!! Went there few months ago for lunch and it was outstanding, buy wasn't a good idea to go back...
