Je sais que les touristes restent des touristes et que j'en suis un parmi tant d'autres, j'ai complètement conscience que les mauriciens ont souvent des conditions de vie difficile néanmoins j'aime lorsqu'il y a un minimum de cohérence entre la qualité des mets et le prix proposé. Et là, vous avez des prix indécents (tous les plats de base y compris le poulet sont à 650-750 rps soit 17-20 euros) et un grand nombre de touristes se laissent avoir car ils n'osent pas réclamer "la vraie carte". Là vous payez le prix des restaurants d'un hôtel 5 étoiles pour des plats certes bons mais sans plus. D'ailleurs dès que je me suis assis et que j'ai ouvert la carte j'ai halluciné sur les prix, j'en ai parlé au responsable qui a retiré 250 rps immédiatement par plat (sinon je serai parti). Et à ce prix là honnêtement c'est encore trop cher, vous devriez payer 300 rps pour un plat. C'est dommage car ce petit restaurant sert une nourriture correcte dans un cadre honnête. Donc un conseil : Négocier les prix avant de commander pour éviter une arnaque !

Nous avons fait un merveilleux repas, l'année dernière, pour les 50 ans de mon ami. Délicieuse salade d'ourrite, langoustes et desserts sublimes ! Nous ne rêvons que d'une chose, pouvoir y retourner un jour ! Et Rosy est adorable, un grand merci !

Was at Taste Of Asia CCPH Jumbo Phoenix.... Had a Laksa Soup and it was marvelous... Rien a dire de plus.....Today was a Fried Noodle at Bagatelle....Good concept...you rock guys....Live cooking,a must see..

Saturday i've been there with my fiancé and mother for dinner. We had a great time there. We had indian food which was simply tasty. The owner of Zub is nice and friendly, he attend to the clients personally which is really good. Only a little complain is that we had ordered a prawn coco curry but when it was served, there were only 4 prawns which is not evident. On sunday also we had ordered food from there, fried rice, very good. We'll go there whenever we decide to have food in flic en flac. TWO THUMPS UP.....

L'endroit est tres classe et j'etais intimidee meme. C'est alors Mme Dalais et son personnel nous ont reserve un accueil plus que remarquable malgre l'heure tardive. Le repas fut excellent. Nous y retournerons pour feter quelque chose d'exceptionnelle et nous en profiterons pour essayer d'autres plats. Tres joli decor, mariage reussi entre notre cuisine francaise et mon Ile maurice.

Great Chinese Fondue ! This is one of the best place in Mauritius to eat a typical Chinese Fondue (around 750 Rs pp / Book 24h before) which I could never eat entirely as there is looooads of food. They also offer varied chinese dishes that are excellent ! Nice owners.

Tout d'abord l'accueil de Sonia, la propriétaire des lieux,a été chaleureux tout en restant professionnel. La qualité des plats servis, la fraicheur des produits leur diversité et quantité sont exceptionnels. Les crevettes géantes sont tout bonnement délicieuses, servies avec un riz frit et des légumes du pays croquants et savoureux. le cadre est enchanteur, calme et en retrait. Les serveurs sont parfaits. Allez-y vous ne serez pas déçus

I booked the restaurant for dinner on the 24th of December 2013 and since i did the same thing last year I wanted to renew this wonderful experience we had as a couple.However this time there was a mishap which was quickly adjusted with an outstanding way of handling a problem. Problems are inevitable sometimes however the way it is resolved is the most important aspect in customer service. I wish to also underline that the culture of service, they way the staff delivers and the communication skills have impressed me as I am very difficult to be satisfied in this country where customer service is does not really exist. it is easy to impress when everything is going fine but I judge a real service when things go wrong.Congrats to the La boussole team and the manager

I am a frequent customer at Luigi's and very happy with the consistency every time I go there ! The quality of the food is again outstanding and service excellent. This time out, we had the scampi rissotto and grilled gambas, house wine and brownies with vanilla ice cream all and they were all up to the mark.

On 25th December 2013 i have place an order at Deboniares Port louis at 18:45. The counter person who take my order have told me that as its a public holidays your home delivery might take one and a half hour 1hr30.. and time was passing by. It was 9pm still no delivery has been made yet, at 9h15 i've reject my order.. I Have told to the manager that its might have been late for minutes not for hours and they take my complaint for granted.Very dissapointed with the service. If i was a VIP CLIENT WILL THEY EVER DO SO.. WIll SUCH MISTAKES HAPPENS? STOP taking people for fools. Customers are kings. Bad Feedback ever .

I went there on 24 Dec and fortunately we've reserved a table. Cons: Had to wait to have our starters. Waiters need more training and are not so dynamic. After all, they are old! Pros The food quality is excellent. My Fiancee and I enjoy the time we spent there. The starter were superbe. It's value for money! Would definitely be revisiting soon.

I went there with a group of friends for lunch and we ordered before we reached the restaurant. It took them 30 minutes to bring the starters ( despite ordering before ) and another 30 minutes to bring the mains. The food was really good but drinks were disappointing ( especially the lassi ). Service in general was appalling and you could tell that the waiters were struggling as they were 2-3 looking after the whole restaurant which had 3 to 4 tables of 10 to 15 like ours ! We ordered some ice creams at the end of our meal and it took them another 20 minutes to bring. The food is really good though and if only they worked out the service, I am sure we can have a different dining experience

C'est le plus bon, beau restaurant que j'ai connu a Flic en Flac... Quand on passe devant le resto pour la premiere fois, on pense que c'est cher mais pas du tout. Le rapport qualité prix a ete bien mise en valeur... Depuis, quand je vais a Flic en Flac, c'est le seul restaurant que je frequente. Allez y, vous n'allez pas le regretter... J'ai que du positif a vous dire car rien n'est laissé au hasard... Le personnel est au petit soin pour chaque client... La nourriture, tres bon et en bonne quantité... Le prix... confirme ce dont vous mangez et pour pas cher...

Had a very Chic experience at Ocean Basket this is the best seafood restaurant I've never found elsewhere ,all is perfect there ,Wow! very nice the seafood are authentic I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. Have a try you'll see you'll never regret

ocean basket offers a variety of food ranging from a simple village salad to a delicious combo platter. i tried a platter for 1 and recently i tasted the tandoori flavour.. i must say, they were both super delicious.. specially the calamari heads its very tasty.. i will definitely recommend this seafood restaurant to all my friends... this is what we call value for money :)

Nice one but lack of space... should improve waitress food nice..also the chef need more options overall good but can do better
