Recipe Ingredients
- 1 chicken or 2 drumsticks and 2 wings
- 1/2 large onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 and a half tablespoons of clove powder
- 3 dry chilis
- Oil
- Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 glass of dry red wine
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into pieces.
- In a pot, heat about 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add the crushed garlic, the minced onion, the cinnamon sticks, the cloves powder, dry chilis, salt and pepper and stir.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix.
- Pour in the wine and simmer over low heat.
- Add a little water from time to time until the chicken is cooked.
- Serve with rice.
