2 1/2 cups cooked chilled shrimp
1 cup sliced celery
2 onions, sliced
1 tablespoon squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
Lettuce or Rokula
5 Tomatoes, sliced
a few fried crotons
1. Combine shrimp with celery, onion, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper
2. Place lettuce leaves or rokula on serving plates and add the sliced tomatoes
3. Arrange shrimps over lettuce and tomatoes. Add bread crotons.
