Zucca restaurant

After almost two weeks in a five star hotel we got a bit bored and wanted to see something else. We took a bus service that the hotel offered to a shopping mall called Ruisseau Creole. They have many nice shops and afterwards we decided to try an Italian restaurant called Zucca.

Their pasta is fresh and home made and this certainly showed. One of us had some really nice...

ravioli and another enjoyed a marlin lasagna that was exquisite. A third tried the beef - also superb. I tried the Osso Bucco and it melted in my mouth.

In summary, the food and ambiance was really great and the service too, although maybe the waiters perhaps could smile a bit more - still they did a good job. We would certainly go again - almost on par with our London favourite Assagio.

Id love to say that the Zucca restaurant reminds me of the restaurants in Roma. Pure and quality italian food! Lovely menu! I will definitely go there again to try the rest of the menu. Otherwise, pretty calm, the waiters pay great attention to you. The ambiance is lovely with an acoustic guitar singer. The owner, very humble and nice lady came to talk to us and explained the meaning of Zucca. I will recommend 100%

I have been to Zucca quite a few times and I must say that the food is delicious ! They make their own pasta and if you sit inside you can actually see them make it in the kitchen !
The deserts are amazing ! Once I had ice cream with chocolate chips, meringue on top and chocolate sauce ! It was one of the best desserts I have ever had !
The owner is also very nice, she loves her job...
We will definitely go back !
