La Rougaille Creole

Cadre banal mais pas désagréable dans une petite rue tranquille. Bon acceuil et service sympatique. Bonne cuisine copieuse mais la note finale est un peu élevée en rapport à ce qu'on peut trouver, par ailleurs, sur l'île.

We had the pleasure to visit La Rougaille right after opening in November 2008.
La Rougaille was recommended by a local. We were treated in a very friendly way and felt very welcome at arrival. The waiter was very helpful in selection of foods. Help was needed as Creole cuisine was something new to us.

of the food which was nice. We got 5* attention from the staff throughout our visit. La Rougaille's drink speciality was a selection of home blended local spirits. As the portions were generous, a nice schnapps was more than welcome to facilitate digestion in the end and during the late lunch. After visiting a wide range of restaurants all over the world, the happiness and service-mindedness of the staff, good atmosphere, delicious meals and unique selection of drinks are the drivers to come back to La Rougaille Creole.

Un cadre très simple mais qui a du charme, le restaurant est assez étriqué. Des beignets sont servis lors de l'attente. les plats sont excellents et copieux.
Toutefois, les prix m'ont paru un peu chers pour le cadre, comparé aux autres restaurants du coin
