ok guys, so here it is. Pizza was 75 mins late arriving - delivery order. I called twice to ask wtf was up. Second time I got the manager. He told me that it was on the way. When I asked if I need to pay he said that the RULES are that I must pay if the pizza is hot!!! So i asked him if it is hot and 4 or 5 or 6 hours late, do I still need to pay --- and he said...

The places are well situated but service and food not to the norms of the brand. Will lost marketting later on. my words...
