The first time we tried to go there, after seeing the building, we didn't venture inside. the entrance and front of the restaurant look like an old house, nothing really enticing, and everything needs some serious renovation. But I decided to go back again, and give it a shot.

probably because of the low expectations you have when you're walking up the stairs.

the service was just about okay. no smiles. maybe the waitress had some personal issues.

the steak (well maybe I should stop ordering steak for a while) was just bad. the chicken and prawn curry was better, but not enough to salvage my whole experience there.

maybe the restaurant is still good for their grilled lobsters. i did not try. you go ahead and let me know.
