Description: A few miles north of Souillac in the direction of the Rivière des Anguilles found the beautiful Saint Aubin Restauarnt, hosted in a 19th century colonial plantation mansion. Once the residential home owners of the sugar plantation, and today a restaurant offering the very best of the local Mauritian and Creole cuisine. All products are fresh, since they all found in the area surrounding the plantation.
