The music of Avalon Jazz Band is inspired by the Parisian jazz scene of the 40s, and while this emblematic American sound was made popular in France at that period, the group also blend in the French composers influenced by that new sound called « jazz ».

In addition to these classics, Avalon Jazz Band also performs original music, offering their own vision of what contemporary swing can be, blending their francophone culture into their American experience.

Created in New York in 2012, the band has performed at the most renowned venues in the city, sharing the stage with the likes of Norah Jones, Harry Connick Jr. and Stéphane Wrembel, and touring around the world.

And what's a beach party without an epic grill? Dig in to a lavish beach barbecue buffet with live cooking stations comprising of local fish, succulent meat and grill.

CULINARY HIGHLIGHTS

* You'll be amazed by our seafood station comprising of sea urchins, local oysters, fresh prawns and cajun calamari.

* Something for the epicurean in you - try the fresh heart of palm salad, octopus’ salad, fish (Sacrechien) ceviche with coconut milk, boerewors sausages, pork sausages’ rougail and other delightful treats.

* Be delighted with grilled whole fish fillet, chicken burger, beef burger, lamb kebabs and beef ribs as well as other tropical delectable.

* Other island delights include fish curry with aubergine, chicken curry, deer salmi coupled with dhall puri, mini farata and EVEN MORE!

* A sweet treat to end the meal perfectly – Apple tart, pineapple tart, flambéed banana, ice-creams and seasonal fruits!

Enjoy a complimentary funky rum cocktail upon arrival and fun games such as bocce ball and volleyball, sand game for kids and live music for a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
