Step right in the festive mood with our famous Sunday Brunch, Bubbles & Beats, adorned with celebratory touches as our signature restaurants bring their greatest specialities together to create an expanse of live cooking stations, local and international favourites and an entire room dedicated to sweet treats.

Featuring Mr. Love, on 1 December, our highly acclaimed local singer who has performed on several international stages including the UK’s Open Air Festival, La Nuit de L’océan Indien in Paris, as well as in Australia, Switzerland and Italy to name a few. This remarkable Mauritian talent fuses several types of music including RnB, Soul, Reggae, Dancehall, Seggae, Blues, Zouk and of course the traditional Sega.

- All your beloved island classics under one roof! Try a selection of tantalizing seafood (King prawns, sea urchins, crab claws, West Coast oysters, shrimps and mussels) raw, cooked or grilled.

- Delight your taste buds with our highly acclaimed beef ribs and roasted beef with mushroom cream sauce, lamb noisette, slow roasted lamb leg with dark chocolate pepper sauce, and a whole roasted pork.

- Be amazed at our Italian corner with linguini with clams and red chili and Penne alla Puttanesca!

- Try our special Oriental delicacies like the sea bass temaki, fresh tuna sashimi prepared by our Chef Harry Dangan and much more at our cold section.

- Head over to our Indian corner and indulge in our delicious channa masala, saffron biryani, octopus with green papaya and Kadai chicken paired with some hot homemade naans.

The entire family can enjoy - Teens are welcome to join the brunch festivities with their family, and children between 4-12 can join our Kids Club for a special lunch.

Our Brunch is a culinary experience only and does not include access to the beach and pool facilities. Guests will have access to the 3 restaurants only until 3:30 p.m.
