The 2011 edition of the Food Exhibition Mauritius (FEM) will be held from 22 to September 25 at the Swami Vivekananda, Pailles. Exhibitors from the region will present their products. The aim of the fair is to bring together the providers from the region on the same platform and to facilitate prospective partnership projects between them. Agricultural products, dietetic products, beverages, seafood, spices… A lot of food products will be exposed at the Food Exhibition Maurice (FEM). The event will see the participation of international contractors and will be inaugurated by the Minister of Industry, Cader Sayed-Hossen. The delegations of businessmen from India, Pakistan and Madagascar, among others, are expected and they will be have working sessions with their counterparts Mauritians. About 15,000 visitors are expected between 10 and 19 hours during these four days. The 2010 edition had welcomed participants from 17 countries, including Brazil, France, China and Dubai.
