With this package, you will not need to worry about the ingredients. Chef Jason will bring the ingredients for the menu chosen and you just need to learn the process and take notes. In your own kitchen, watch as the chef demonstrates tips and tricks to ensure that your meal is of 5-star quality. You will also get a certificate of participation as proof to show to your friends and family!
For this package, Mauritian Cuisine is at the Rendez-Vous! Choose one out of four typical Mauritian dishes and enjoy the class with the skilled chef. Depending on the dishes you choose, learn how to prepare a rotisserie chicken, how to make garlic bread, how to filet a fish and make a fumet or how to prepare a seafood paella. You will also get to taste the dish afterwards and share the experience with your group. Up to 10 people can be accommodated per class, so don't hesitate to bring the squad.
