Enjoy an exquisite 3-Course Set Menu in the Chateau’s dining room. The chef has carefully curated the menu, so you can expect top tier dishes, boasting of exquisite ingredients and flavours. Start your meal with an appetising Palm Heart Salad with Tropical Fruits, Smoked Marlin and Citrus. For the main course, you can relish a Rusan Java Deer Curry and an Indian Ocean Yellow Fin Tuna with their delicious accompaniments. End your meal on an equally tasty note with a Grandmother Style Papaya with Vanilla Syrup and Ice cream for dessert.
